Real Value Appraisals and Consulting Inc. specializes in real estate appraisals for commercial, industrial, office and multi-family residential properties as well as residential development land.  We deliver a high quality appraisal at a competitive price in the timeframe that you need. We are bank and credit union approved and fully qualified with Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) appraisers.

We  are qualified as expert witnesses in the Supreme Court of B.C. We have extensive valuation and consulting  experience in the  Lower Mainland, Sea to Sky  Corridor, Okanagan and Vancouver Island.

We want your appraisal business and will work hard to evaluate the “Real Value” of  your property. We do not typically do mortgage appraisals for single-family or single strata-titled residential condominiums.  We do appraisals for these properties if it is for litigation, divorce proceedings or other specialized legal matters.
